WEATHER - We are an outdoor attraction. Therefore, we cannot control the weather, and in the unlikely event that the weather forces The spooky halloween festival to close for the evening, all existing reservations can be used on any other evening for the remainder of our current season. All patrons acknowledge and accept that reservations/tickets must be rescheduled... there are NO REFUNDS!
Our insurance company requires all guests to complete a waiver before entering our park. Guests under 18 years old must have their parent’s or guardian’s signature on their waiver. Entry into the park without correctly completing a waiver will be considered trespassing. We recommend you complete your waiver ahead of time at our facebook page and download the form – Do NOT email or mail your waiver to us. Your completed hard copy waiver must be presented in person at the main entrance of the park. Hard copy waivers will also be available on-site, but please be aware that completing your waiver on-site may delay your entrance into the festival . Regardless, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes before the park opens to allow enough time for parking & waiver check in, and to maximize your time at the festival .
All sales are final.
No exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations will be processed.
In the event that the event is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizers, charges (including taxes and fees) will not be refunded.
